Lauren Kolber

I'm a designer based in Pittsburgh, PA with a background in studio art. I'm back at school getting my MS in Web Design where I'm focusing on building clean and efficient web sites.
I build responsive websites that adapt from standard monitor sizes to mobile devices. I am comfortable with HTML5 and CSS3, along with basic JavaScript, jQuery and XML.
I have taken many design course on topics such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I have also created logos, brochures, ads and signage, both in school and professionally, using the Adobe Suite.
I have taken multiple User Experience courses while in Grad School. I have developed many websites and application prototypes using iterative and agile design processes.
I received a BFA with a 2-D emphasis from the University of Cincinnati. While in school, I learned important design theories, such as color and composition but, more importantly, I learned to have fun!
